I have finally found the best walleye recipe around. First scale your walleye, than fillet it and put in cold water. Now mix up some egg and milk. Dip the walleye into the mixture and then into my secret seasoning mix. Fry up some onion in butter and place the fish in the pan. Cook for a few minutes per side and that's it. The Secret mix I use is going to be posted next time so check back often.
