ALUMINUM GAS TANK

Our Tanks are made to the finest quality and workmanship.

First your old tank is measured and transferred into a solid model state on the computer.

After the solid is created, a paper template is developed and plotted out. This pattern is transferred to the aluminum sheet. The sheet is then fabricated into your tank.

After machining the spouts, the tank and spouts are welded in place.

The tank is then pressure tested and polished.

Before you know it your new snowmobile gas tank is sent UPS to your door.
